How does the deposit work?
All appointments require a non-refundable 50% deposit toward the agreed total. The balance is due at your visit by an accepted cashless method. This demo cannot accept deposits or confirm appointments.
What if I cancel or need to reschedule?
Give at least 24 hours’ notice. Proposed policy: one transfer of your deposit to a visit within 30 days, subject to availability. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit; a new booking requires a new deposit. If NBC cancels, choose a full deposit refund or a new date.
What if I’m running late?
Please contact the studio as soon as possible. A 15-minute grace period is proposed. After 15 minutes, your service may need to be shortened or rescheduled; late-cancellation terms may apply. Any change will be discussed first.
How should I prepare my hair?
Arrive with clean, fully dry, detangled hair and no heavy oils or gels. Remove your previous style. Ask in advance about wash, blow-dry, take-down or extension needs; these may cost extra. Let your braider know about sensitivities or scalp concerns.
Is braiding hair included?
Not in the listed starting prices unless your confirmed quote says otherwise. Length, density, braid size, extensions and decorative extras can change the price. Your final quote is agreed before the deposit is collected.
Can I choose my braider?
Yes, request your preferred braider in the form. NBC-generated bookings, including advertising, walk-in and studio referrals, may be assigned to an available braider. Preferences are subject to availability.
Can I book for my child?
Kids prices are proposed for ages 5–12. A parent or guardian must remain on site. We’ll agree on a comfortable, age-appropriate style; request a consultation for younger children.

Memberships, packages and loyalty rewards shown here are proposed. There is no subscription or automatic billing in this preview. Final terms and availability will be confirmed before purchase.
